DARK MEDIUM GEL are liquid gels designed to strengthen natural nails, correct nail shape, and repair nails.
DESCRIPTION
- Has a rubber base consistency, self-levels quickly;
- Not too liquid, which allows work with medium length nails;
- Suitable for strengthening short and medium length nails;
- Fully cures;
- Acid-free;
- Medium hardness.
APPLICATION METHOD
1. Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and DARK Dehydrator;
2. Apply a thin layer of SCOTCH BASE transparent base as an underlay using rubbing motions, cure for 60 seconds;
3. Remove the sticky layer from Dark Scotch base before gel application;
4. Strengthen the nail using MEDIUM GEL DARK. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W (depending on color pigmentation);
- Gels with glitters should be mixed before use;
- Use only original lamps with all DARK materials;
- After curing, a sticky layer may remain, it is recommended to remove it before applying color or top;
- Do not apply gels under the cuticle.
5. Remove the sticky layer and file if needed;
6. Apply a top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
IMPORTANT NOTES
If performing strengthening, always file your natural nail at least 1 mm from the inside to prevent lifting at the free edge. If the nail length is minimal, it is recommended to seal the free edge from the inside with a top coat.
MEDIUM GEL is of medium hardness, so for long nails it is recommended to use Dark Smart gel (a harder gel) to avoid gel shrinkage on long nails.
All DARK hard materials are ACID-FREE.
