Please note:
🛑 Products that are not sealed by the manufacturer and cannot be verified as unused are non-refundable once delivered.
This includes gel polishes, builder gels, bases, top coats, creams, and other professional-use items. Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we cannot resell or restock these items once opened.

If you're unsure about a product, please feel free to contact us—we can often provide additional information or swatch photos for many of our items to give you a more accurate idea of colour and texture beyond what’s shown on the website.
✅ Returns Accepted
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
- The product is sealed or has tamper-evident packaging (if applicable)
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- The return is pre-approved by our customer service team

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
❌ Returns Not Accepted
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or tested products
- Items without a seal or that cannot be verified as unused
- Cosmetic products such as gel polishes, builder gels, bases, top coats, creams once opened
- Limited edition, clearance, or time-sensitive stock
- Electronic devices with visible signs of use
We do not accept returns based on colour preference or change of mind after a product has been unsealed or used.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
💳 Refund Process
Approved returns are inspected upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after inspection, but may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear depending on your payment provider.
