DARK PRO BASE is a camouflaging low-acidity base of medium consistency, designed for applying a thin or medium layer to the nail plate.
Description
- Low-acidity (pH 6.5) camouflaging base;
- Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
- Does not delaminate over time;
- Does not cause significant burning sensations under the lamp;
- Consistent closer to liquid, making nail leveling thin and fast;
- Flexible, not too stiff.
Application method
- Perform manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
- Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin base layer of a transparent SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acidity base) to improve adhesion
- This is important since adhesion to the natural nail requires a medium-acidity base. Remember use only a thin layer, as base leveling with medium-acidity bases can cause chemical burns;
- We recommend not to apply the camouflaging base directly, but first apply a transparent base.
- Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. Layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W;
- With all DARK materials, it is important to use original lamps.
- Apply the top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
Working nuances
- We do not recommend using these bases on long, very thin nails, or for precise square shapes with sharp corners. For such nails, we recommend using hard materials;
- If your client has nail length to shorten, we recommend filing after finishing with the top coat (1 mm) this will slightly thicken the free edge and improve product durability.

Important information regarding TPO ingredient
Please note as of September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetic products is prohibited in the European Union. We have updated our formula-TPO has been fully removed and replaced with a safe alternative without changing product properties.
However, some products may still bear the old labeling, indicating TPO presence due to packaging stock. This is covered with a new label indicating the current TPO-free composition.
Your product is compliant with current EU regulations and does not contain TPO, even if the primary printed label states otherwise.
TPO remains permitted in Ukraine.
