Please note:
๐Ÿ›‘Products that are not sealed by the manufacturer and cannot be verified as unused are non-refundable once delivered.
This includes gel polishes, builder gels, bases, top coats, creams, and other professional-use items. Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we cannot resell or restock these items once opened.

We are happy to offer guidance before purchase to help you choose the best option for your needs. If you're unsure about a product, please feel free to contact usโ€”we can often provide additional information or swatch photos for many of our items to give you a more accurate idea of colour and texture beyond whatโ€™s shown on the website.

โœ… Returns Accepted

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • The product is sealed or has tamper-evident packaging(if applicable)
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
  • The return is pre-approved by our customer service team

Approved returns must be sent to:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

โŒ Returns Not Accepted

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tested products
  • Items without a seal or that cannot be verified as unused
  • Cosmetic products such as gel polishes, builder gels, bases, top coats, creams once opened
  • Limited edition, clearance, or time-sensitive stock
  • Electronic devices with visible signs of use

We do not accept returns based on colour preference or change of mind after a product has been unsealed or used.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at info@nartbeauty.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refund Process

Approved returns are inspected upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after inspection, but may take 1โ€“2 billing cycles to appear depending on your payment provider.
