DARK PRO BASE is a low-acidity camouflage base coat of medium consistency, designed for thin or medium-layer nail application.
Description
- Low-acidity (pH 6.5) camouflage base coats;
- Pigmentation ranges from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
- Does not separate over time;
- Does not cause intense burning sensations in the lamp;
- Has a consistency closer to liquid, allowing for quick and thin leveling;
- Not rigid, closer to plasticity.
Application Method
- Perform a manicure, buff the nail, degrease, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
- Before applying PRO BASE, use a thin layer of SCOTCH BASE transparent base (or other medium-acidity base) as a primer for improved adhesion
- This is important because medium-acidity base is required for proper adhesion to natural nails; remember, use medium-acidity base only for a thin layer, not for leveling, to avoid chemical burns;
- It is also recommended to apply the camouflage base only after the transparent base.
- Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Curing time 60-90 seconds at 48W;
- For all DARK materials, it is important to use original lamps.
- Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
Additional Notes
- We do not recommend using these bases on long, very thin nails, or for sharp-cornered squares. For such nails, we recommend using hard materials;
- If the client has excessive nail length to be shortened, it is best to do so after applying the top coat (approximately 1 mm removal), increasing the edge thickness and durability.

Important Information about TPO ingredient
From September 1, 2025, TPO will be prohibited in cosmetic products in the EU. Our product formula has been updated to substitute TPO with a safe alternative with no change in properties.
Some packaging may still show TPO in the printed composition due to existing stock, but every such item is relabelled with the current, TPO-free formula. Please take this into consideration upon purchase.
Your product complies with EU regulations and does not contain TPO, even if old packaging shows otherwise.
TPO use remains permitted in Ukraine.
