DARK PRO BASE is a camouflaging low-acid base of medium consistency, designed to cover nails with a thin or medium layer.
Description
- Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflaging base coats;
- Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
- Does not delaminate over time;
- Does not cause strong burning sensations in the lamp;
- Has a consistency closer to liquid, allowing thin and quick leveling;
- Not rigid, closer to plasticity.
Application Method
- Perform manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
- Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) as a base for better adhesion
- This is important because adhesion to natural nails requires a medium-acid base. Remember that medium-acid bases should not be used for leveling, only as a thin layer to avoid chemical burns;
- We also recommend not applying the camouflaging base directly, but to start with a transparent base first.
- Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Curing time 60-90 seconds at 48 W;
- It is important to use original DARK lamps with all DARK materials.
- Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.
Working Nuances
- We do not recommend applying this base to long, very thin nails, or for a sharp square shape with pronounced corners. For such nails, we recommend using hard materials;
- If a client has long nails that need to be shortened, we recommend removing the length after applying the top (by 1 mm), to ensure a slightly thicker edge for improved wear.

Complies with European and Ukrainian quality certificates, registered in the CPNP system, all DARK products are NOT tested on animals.

Important information regarding TPO ingredient
When placing an order, please note that from September 1, 2025, the use of TPO ingredient is prohibited in cosmetic products in the European Union. Therefore, the formula of our cosmetic product has been updated - TPO has been completely removed and replaced with another safe element without altering the product's properties.
Please note that some products may still have old labeling on the packaging indicating the presence of TPO. This labeling was printed due to remaining stock of packaging materials. To prevent misunderstandings, this information is covered by a new label with the actual composition, without TPO.
Please consider this when purchasing. The product you receive fully complies with current EU requirements and does not contain the prohibited TPO component, even if the original print on the container indicates otherwise.
At the same time, TPO is not prohibited in Ukraine.
