DARK PRO BASE is a low-acid camouflaging base of medium consistency, designed to cover nails with a thin or medium layer.
DESCRIPTION
- Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflaging bases;
- Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cure well;
- Do not stratify over time;
- Do not cause intense burning sensation in the lamp;
- Consistency is closer to liquid, allowing for quick and precise leveling;
- Not rigid, closer to flexible.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
- Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of a transparent base like SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) as an underlayer for better adhesion
- This is important because medium-acid base is needed for adhesion to natural nails, but remember, use only a thin layer for medium-acid base and do not use it for leveling to avoid chemical burns;
- We also recommend not to apply camouflaging base immediately, but first apply a transparent base.
- Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. Layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Polymerization time is 60-90 seconds at 48W;
- It is important to use original DARK lamps with all DARK materials.
- Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.
WORKING NUANCES
- We do not recommend using these bases on long, very thin nails or sharp-cornered square shapes. For such nails, use hard materials;
- If the client has nail length that needs to be reduced, we recommend removing the excess after applying top coat (1 mm), so the free edge will be thicker and durability will improve.

Important information regarding the TPO ingredient
When ordering, please take into account that from September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetic products will be banned in the European Union. We have updated our cosmetic product's formula - TPO has been completely removed and replaced with another safe component without changing the product's properties.
However, please note that part of the stock may still have old labeling on the packaging indicating TPO. This is due to leftover containers, and to avoid misunderstanding, this information is covered with a new label showing the current TPO-free composition.
Please consider this when purchasing. The product you receive complies with EU requirements and does not contain the banned TPO component, even if the original packaging states otherwise.
TPO is still permitted in Ukraine.
