DARK PRO BASE is a low-acid camouflaging base of medium consistency, designed for applying a thin or medium layer to the nails.
Description
- Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflaging bases;
- Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
- Does not separate over time;
- Does not cause intense burning sensation during curing under a lamp;
- Has a consistency close to liquid, allowing thin and quick leveling;
- Not hard, rather plastic texture.
Application
- Perform manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
- Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) as a substrate for better adhesion
- This is important because medium-acid bases are required for adhesion to natural nails; remember not to use medium-acid bases for leveling, only as a thin layer to avoid chemical burns;
- We also recommend not to apply the camouflaging base directly, but to use a transparent base first.
- Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48 W;
- It is important to use original DARK lamps with all DARK materials.
- Apply top coat, cure for 90 seconds.
Work nuances
- We do not recommend using the base for long, very thin nails, or for sharp square shapes. For such nails, we recommend using hard materials;
- If the client has nail length that needs to be shortened, we recommend doing this after applying the top (1 mm), as this thickens the edge and improves wear resistance.
Available in 15 ml volume with a brush.
Comes with European and Ukrainian quality certificates, the product is registered in the CPNP system, and all DARK products are NOT tested on animals.

Important information about TPO ingredient
When placing an order, please note that from September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetic products will be prohibited in European Union countries. Accordingly, we have updated our product formula - TPO has been completely removed and replaced with another safe element without changing the product's properties.
However, please note that some items still have old labeling stating the presence of TPO. This information is printed on the packaging, and the situation is due to leftover packaging stock. To avoid misunderstandings, this information is covered with a new label listing the actual formula without TPO.
Please take this into account when purchasing. The product you receive complies with current EU requirements and does not contain the prohibited component TPO, even if the initial print on the packaging states otherwise.
Note TPO is not prohibited in Ukraine.
