DARK PRO BASE are low-acid camouflaging base gels of medium consistency, designed for applying a thin or medium layer to nails.
DESCRIPTION
- Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflaging base gels;
- Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (4-point scale), cure well;
- Do not delaminate over time;
- Do not cause severe burning in the lamp;
- Liquid-like consistency for quick and fine leveling;
- Not rigid, closer to flexible.
APPLICATION METHOD
- Perform manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
- Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of transparent base SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) for better adhesion
- This is crucial because adhesion to natural nails requires a medium-acid base. Remember, leveling must not be done with a medium-acid base-only a thin layer to avoid chemical burns;
- We recommend not applying the camouflaging base directly, but first applying a clear base.
- Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. Layer thickness up to 0.7 mm. Polymerization time 60-90 seconds at 48W;
- Always use original DARK lamps with all DARK materials.
- Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
WORKING NUANCES
- We do not recommend using these bases for long, very thin nails or for a defined square with sharp corners. Use harder materials for such nails;
- If the client needs to reduce nail length, do this after applying the top coat (by 1 mm) to make the free edge thicker, improving wear.

Important information regarding the TPO ingredient
From September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetic products is prohibited in the European Union. Our formula is updated TPO has been completely removed and replaced with a safe alternative with no change in properties.
Note, some product batches still have old packaging indicating TPO due to label surpluses. This information is covered with a new label listing the actual TPO-free composition.
Rest assured, the product you receive meets EU standards and does not contain TPO, even if the bottle’s original print states otherwise.
TPO is not prohibited in Ukraine.
