DARK PRO BASE is a low-acid camouflaging base gel of medium consistency, designed for applying thin or medium layers on nails.
DESCRIPTION
- Low-acid (pH 6.5) camouflaging base gels;
- Pigmentation level from 1 to 3.5 (on a 4-point scale), cures well;
- Does not delaminate over time;
- Does not cause strong burning sensation in the lamp;
- Has a consistency closer to liquid, allowing for quick and thin leveling;
- Not hard, more elastic.
APPLICATION METHOD
- Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail plate, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
- Before applying PRO BASE, apply a thin layer of clear SCOTCH BASE (or another medium-acid base) as a substrate for better adhesion
- This is important because adhesion to the natural nail requires a medium-acid base. Remember, medium-acid bases should only be used as a thin layer for adhesion, not for leveling, to avoid chemical burns;
- We also recommend not applying camouflage base directly; start with transparent base.
- Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. The layer should not exceed 0.7 mm. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W;
- Always use original DARK lamps with all DARK products for best results.
- Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
USAGE NOTES
- We do not recommend using this base on long, very thin nails or for sharp-edged square shapes. For such nails, we suggest using hard gels;
- If the client has nail length that needs to be shortened, we recommend doing this after the top coat (about 1 mm), as this helps to reinforce the free edge and increase product durability.

Important information on TPO ingredient
When placing an order, please note that from September 1, 2025, the use of TPO in cosmetics is prohibited in the EU. We have updated our formula to remove TPO, replacing it with a safe alternative, with no change in product properties.
Please be aware some packages may have old markings listing TPO. This is due to leftover packaging stock. To prevent misunderstandings, new labels with updated ingredient lists are placed on the packaging.
Your product complies with current EU requirements and does not contain TPO, even if the original package states otherwise.
TPO is not prohibited in Ukraine.
