DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for nail strengthening, extensions, and repairs.
Description
- Suitable for both long and short nails;
- Withstands high temperatures, allowing precise pinching;
- Recommended to cure at low power and remove hand in case of heat spikes;
- Strong yet not brittle.
How is SMART GEL different from other builder gels?
- Slightly thinner consistency, yet hard;
- No sticky inhibition layer;
- No need to remove the sticky layer from the base when working with SCOTCH BASE DARK;
- No need to remove the sticky layer before top coat;
- Minimal risk of lifting.
How to use
- Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
- Apply a thin, rubbing layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE and cure for 60 seconds.
- Strengthen or extend the nail using DARK SMART GEL. Polymerization time 60-90 seconds at 48W (depends on pigment).
- For all DARK products, original lamps are recommended.
- Remove the sticky layer and file, if necessary.
- Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
Working tips
- Easily cures with upper forms;
- Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
- Intermediate curing possible from 15 seconds;
- Do not apply deeply under the cuticle-ensure a smooth, minimal-thickness transition;
- For strengthening, always file the natural nail from inside by 1 mm to prevent lifting;
- If using other brand bases, remove the sticky layer from the base;
- The clearer the gel, the harder it is;
- If the gel thickens due to low temperature, warm up the needed amount on a palette;
- Gels with glitter should be mixed before use.
All DARK hard materials are acid-free.
Certified in Europe and Ukraine, registered in the CPNP system. No DARK products are tested on animals.
