DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, extension, and repair of nails.
Description
- Suitable for both long and short nails;
- Withstands high temperatures, allowing proper pinch technique;
- It is recommended to cure at a lower lamp power and remove the hand from the lamp if a burning sensation occurs;
- Strong yet not brittle.
What sets SMART GEL apart from other builder gels?
- Slightly thinner consistency, but the gel is hard;
- No sticky dispersion layer;
- No need to remove the sticky layer from the base before application when working with SCOTCH BASE DARK;
- No need to remove the sticky layer before applying the top coat;
- Minimal risk of lifting.
Application method
- Perform a manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
- Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE with rubbing motions, cure for 60 seconds.
- Apply DARK SMART GEL for strengthening or extension. Cure for 60-90 seconds at 48W (depends on pigment).
- With all DARK materials, it is recommended to use the original curing lamps.
- If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file the nail.
- Apply the top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
Working nuances
- Easily cures with upper forms;
- Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
- Intermittent curing for 15 seconds is possible;
- Do not apply the gel deep under the cuticle-ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness;
- During strengthening, always file your natural nail from underneath by 1 mm to avoid lifting;
- When using a base coat from other brands, it is recommended to remove the sticky layer from the base;
- The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
- If the gel thickens due to low temperature, you can warm up the required amount on a palette separately;
- Gels with glitters should be mixed before use.
All DARK hard materials are acid-free.
Complies with European and Ukrainian quality certificates, product is registered in the CPNP system, and no DARK product is tested on animals.
