DARK SMART GEL is a medium viscosity gel designed for strengthening, sculpting, and repairing nails.
Description
- Suitable for both long and short nails;
- Withstands high temperatures, allowing proper pinching of the gel;
- Recommended curing on low power and removing the hand from the lamp in case of burning sensation;
- Strong, yet not brittle.
How does SMART GEL differ from other builder gels?
- Slightly thinner consistency, but the gel is firm;
- No sticky (tacky) layer;
- No need to remove the sticky layer from the base when working with SCOTCH BASE DARK;
- No need to remove the sticky layer before topcoat application;
- Minimal risk of lifting.
Application method
- Perform manicure, buff and degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
- Apply a thin layer of transparent SCOTCH BASE with rubbing movements, cure for 60 seconds.
- Strengthen or build up the nail with DARK SMART GEL. Curing time 60-90 seconds at 48W (depends on the pigment).
- For all DARK materials, it is recommended to use original lamps.
- If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file the nail.
- Apply top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
Working nuances
- Easily cures with dual forms;
- Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
- Intermediate curing is possible from 15 seconds;
- Avoid applying the gel too deeply under the cuticle; ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness;
- When strengthening, always file the natural nail by 1 mm from the inside to prevent lifting;
- When using bases from other brands, it is recommended to remove the sticky layer from the base;
- The clearer the gel, the harder it is;
- If the gel thickens due to low temperature, you can heat the required amount separately on a palette;
- Mix glitter gels before use.
All solid DARK materials are acid-free.
European and Ukrainian quality certificates, product registered in the CPNP system, no DARK product is tested on animals.
