Application – Strengthening

1. Shorten and shape the natural nail if needed (leave approx. 2 mm if leveling).
2. Gently buff the nail with a 220-grit file or 100-grit buffer without excessive pressure.
3. Perform manicure and clean the nail plate.
4. Degrease twice with LUNAmoon Nail Prep, including cuticle area and sinuses.
5. Apply primer if needed (optional when using a sufficiently acidic base).
6. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base in rubbing motions; cure 60 seconds.
7. Remove the inhibition layer.
8. Apply Classic Premium Extension Gel, leaving 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle; cure 60 seconds.
9. Refine and file the shape to create proper thickness and support at the free edge.
10. If the natural nail is very thin, remove ~1 mm of natural nail from the underside to prevent lifting.
11. Remove dust and sticky layer, apply gel polish if desired.
12. Apply top coat and cure 120 seconds. Do not wipe after final curing to preserve shine.

Application – Classic Extension

1. Shorten the natural nail to approx. 1 mm and shape round.
2. Buff with a 220-grit file or 100-grit buffer.
3. Clean and degrease twice with LUNAmoon Nail Prep.
4. Apply LUNAmoon Primer.
5. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base in rubbing motions; cure 60 seconds and remove inhibition.
6. Fit nail form and create the free edge with Classic Premium Extension Gel; cure 30 seconds.
7. File and perfect the free edge and architecture.
8. Remove dust and sticky layer.
9. Re-apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base on filed areas; cure 30 seconds.
10. Level with Classic Premium Extension Gel, clamp after 10–15 seconds (20 seconds if glitter); fully cure 120 seconds.
11. Remove inhibition layer before applying colour.
12. Apply top coat and cure 120 seconds. Do not wipe after final curing.
