LUNAmoon Dual Forms – Short Ballerina
The LUNAmoon Short Ballerina Dual Forms are designed for creating elegant short and medium ballerina or almond extensions with a clean, balanced structure. Crafted from flexible and durable ABS plastic, these reusable forms are easy to work with and perfect for both salon use and everyday professional work.
Shape features:
• 40–45% transverse arch for a strong yet natural curve
• Apex positioned closer to the cuticle area for a smooth, controlled build
• Tapered free edge for a neat ballerina silhouette
• Equal lower parallels for consistent shaping and stability
Ideal for:
• Short and medium ballerina nails
• Short and medium almond shapes
• Restoring and rebuilding short arched natural nails
Compatibility with nail plates:
• Suitable for arched natural nails, flat nails, classic nail plates, and griffon nails
• Not suitable for springboard nails (shape should be chosen individually)
How to use:
Lightly file and degrease the natural nail.
Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base and cure for 60 seconds.
Select the appropriate dual form size.
Spread the gel evenly inside the form.
Press the form onto the nail and remove excess gel with an orange stick.
Hold in place and flash cure the cuticle area for 5–10 seconds.
Fully cure: 2 minutes in a UV lamp or 1 minute in an LED lamp.
Carefully remove the form and dust off the nail.
Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds.

• Length range: 3.2 cm to 2.6 cm (largest to smallest)
• Quantity: 120 reusable forms
