This top coat features a transparent base infused with fine silver micro-shimmer. The reflective particles create a subtle metallic sheen that enhances any colour while maintaining a smooth, velvety matte finish. The shimmer is evenly dispersed throughout the formula, offering a refined “silver sparkle” effect without adding texture or thickness. Its fluid–medium consistency ensures easy, streak-free application.
