DARK SMART GEL is a medium-viscosity gel designed for strengthening, extension, and repair of nails.

Description

• Suitable for both long and short nails;
• Resistant to high temperatures, making it ideal for pinching the gel;
• Recommended to cure at low power and to remove the hand if a burning sensation occurs;
• Strong but not brittle.

How is SMART GEL different from other Builder Gels?

• Slightly thinner consistency, but the gel remains hard;
• No sticky tacky layer;
• No need to remove the sticky layer from the base when working with SCOTCH BASE DARK;
• No need to remove the sticky layer before applying the top coat;
• Minimal risk of lifting.

Application method

1. Perform manicure, buff, and degrease the nail, then apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator.
2. Apply a thin layer of SCOTCH BASE clear base as a substrate with rubbing motions, cure for 60 seconds.
3. Proceed with reinforcement or extension using DARK SMART GEL. Curing time is 60-90 seconds at 48W (depends on pigment).
4. For all DARK materials, it is recommended to use original lamps.
5. If necessary, remove the sticky layer and file.
6. Apply a top coat and cure for 90 seconds.

Working nuances

• Cures easily with upper forms;
• Pinch the gel at 12-15 seconds;
• Possible intermediate curing for 15 seconds;
• Do not apply the gel deep under the cuticle - ensure a smooth transition with minimal thickness;
• When strengthening natural nails, file your own nail by 1 mm from inside to avoid lifting;
• When using base coats from other brands, it is recommended to remove the sticky layer from the base;
• The more transparent the gel, the harder it is;
• If the gel has thickened due to low temperature, the required amount can be warmed separately on a palette;
• Gels with glitters should be mixed before use.

All DARK hard materials are acid-free.
European and Ukrainian quality certificates, the product is registered in the CPNP system, and none of the DARK products are tested on animals.
